Who can use Evopolls?
Event organisers, award brands, pageants, institutions, associations, media brands, talent shows, and organisations running public or private voting campaigns.

No. Voters do not need public accounts. Organisers receive dashboard credentials from Evopolls to manage their events.

Yes. Each event can have multiple categories and contestants, with images, voting codes, public pages, and live results where enabled.
How do organisers get started?
Contact Evopolls through info@evopolls.com, sales@evopolls.com, or phone. Our team sets up the event, categories, contestants, voting rules, and payment options.
How do I vote?
Open the event voting link, select a category, choose your preferred contestant, then follow the steps to vote or complete payment if it is a paid vote.
Can I vote using my phone?
Yes. Evopolls voting pages are mobile-friendly. Some events may also support SMS, USSD, WhatsApp, or Telegram voting.
Do I receive confirmation after voting?
For paid voting, confirmation depends on payment success. Where available, you can check your payment or vote confirmation using your payment or receipt reference.
What payment methods are supported?
Depending on the event and country, Evopolls may support M-PESA, mobile money, card payments, PayPal, and other regional payment options.

Why is my payment pending?
Payment confirmation may take time depending on mobile money, card, PayPal, telco, or payment provider processing.
Can results be shown publicly?
Yes. Organisers can choose whether to display public results, category results, or individual contestant result tracking.
How does Evopolls protect voting integrity?
Evopolls uses vote tracking, payment confirmation, voting codes, reporting, and security checks to reduce abuse and improve transparency.
Who decides the winner?
The event organiser is responsible for final rules and winner decisions unless Evopolls has been contracted to independently audit or manage results.
